We want you to love Easy Protein™. If you're not satisfied, we make returns simple and hassle-free.
Opened Box
Send back the remaining product for a partial refund. You're still covered within 60 days.
Unopened Box
Return in original condition for a full refund. No questions asked within 60 days.
Return Window
You have 60 days from the date of purchase to request a return. This applies to both one-time purchases and subscription orders.
After 60 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

How to Return
- Submit a request through our Customer Support Hub
- Receive a response within 24–36 hours with return instructions
- Ship the product back using the provided instructions
- Refund processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the return
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
- If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will cover return shipping
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect or defective
Subscription Orders
Subscriptions can be paused, skipped, or cancelled at any time through your subscription management portal. There are no cancellation fees or penalties.
Returns for subscription orders follow the same 60-day policy outlined above. Each shipment's return window begins on its respective delivery date.
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed
- Partial refunds are calculated based on the number of unused shots returned
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different flavor or product, please initiate a return and place a new order. Our team at the Support Hub can help coordinate this.

- Products returned after the 60-day return window
- Products not purchased directly from easyprotein.com
- Free promotional items or gifts with purchase
